We partner with the best in the business—DHL and CITILINK Delivery—to ensure your Relax Coffee reaches you quickly and safely.
Shipping Times
- West Malaysia: Expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days.
- East Malaysia: Delivery will take 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer promotions with free shipping—keep an eye out for those!
Shipping Insurance
We stand by the quality and integrity of our products. In the unlikely event that your Relax Coffee arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We are working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international shipping!
